I never heard Grandpa called Hollie/Hallie/Haldie by anyone (who filed this information? ..............................(note by Dolores, nor did anyone mention he had ever been to TN. Therefore I can only accept that he may have been in TN during his mining days for a short tenure. I have corrected known mistakes such as Hezekiah's birth date as well as Fred's (my dad) Whoever gave the information made many known mistakes,  so I can only assume it was not a relative or close friend.

1920 Fed Census

Lizzie Stilley: Age 56, born 1862, Birthplace: Kansas, Home in 1920: River, Mayes, Oklahoma   Race: White  1920 Fed Census

Found this in the 1900 Cherokee Nation, Indian Territory   census  Note: Some dates conflict with Bible records. Therefore dates should be approximate.  These dates are Bible records.

Township 23 Range 21 East  (would be in northeastern Mayes county after 1907)   west of Grand River
STILLIE, Hollie  age 44  1856   married 22years
Elizabeth  38   Mar.  1862          IL
Oscar        19   Oct.   1880          IL    IL   IL
Maud         15  Apr.   1885          MO  IL  IL
Fred           9   Mar.   1890          Indian Territory
Ethel          4   Oct.    1895          Indian Territory

They were not in Mayes or Delaware counties in 1910. Will have to check Craig when I get a chance.
There were no mines in that area of Mayes county so will have to look elsewhere to find what mines he would have worked in to get black lung. There were mines in southeast Kansas and across the line in what became Ottawa county, OK as well as southwest Missouri (Maud born MO)
Will also see if I can find 1890 Whites with permits for Saline dist. They aren't in the 2 northern districts, although James Stilley and family members are in the Delaware dist. as is brother Samuel and family. There is a William age 30 who had just come into the Cherokee Nation I will check out too.
Til later

Correspondence with someone who helped tremendously with the Shoe information. Her name;
Connie Schofeld.................................
Forgot to tell you.

Know where Hezekiah is buried. Carl David Stilley's wife and baby daughter died in 1937 and are buried in Ketchum. Beside them are 3 homemade stones---- H.C. Stilley 1855-1922, Eva Nettleton 1855-1937, John Stilley  1887-1928. Had not been able to connect to a Stilley family (thought they might belong to James and Hannah (Akins) Stilley family who were in the area too) until you gave me the rest of Hezekiah's name (I only had Hezekiah A.M.G.) and I got all of Oscar W.'s kids names. The obits for Ruby says she married Carl D. Stilley and then that the baby was theirs. Still have to figure out who Eva Nettleton and John Stilley are. Wrong birthdate to be Hezekiah's brother John who was born about 1844. If you have any ideas let me know.

>>>>>>There is a serious problem with various records  regarding Hezekiah's father. But it is believed this Hezekiah is the son of Lewis Stilley, according to records ,who is the son of a John Stilley but sometimes referred to as James   Real name as far as I have found is John Lewis
